Sick Of It All: : ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM "NONSTOP"; REVEALS COVER ARTWORK AND TRACK-LISTING

SICK OF IT ALL ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM "NONSTOP"; REVEALS COVER ARTWORK AND TRACK-LISTING

2011 marks the 25th anniversary of New York's finest hardcore export SICK OF IT ALL. Since 1986 the band has been thrashing out classic hardcore anthems and touring the globe without ever taking much of a break. To further celebrate this anniversary, SICK OF IT ALL will release Nonstop, a compilation of re-recorded classics, via Century Media Records on November 1st (North America) / October 31st (Europe).

After the release of the highly acclaimed Based On A True Story (2010), SICK OF IT ALL took a short break from their relentless touring schedule to record Nonstop at Antfarm Studios with Tue Madsen. Drummer Armand Majidi commends the Danish producer, who also worked with them on Death To Tyrants and Based On A True Story: "This whole thing is happening partially because of working with Tue Madsen - the man who has finally made SICK OF IT ALL sound the way we should in the studio."

The band further comments on Nonstop: "It was a fun recording session, and a relatively easy one because we're so used to playing so many of these songs live. They're like second nature. Most of these songs make their way into our live sets all the time, so they're current - they reach new ears and are constantly refreshed by their exposure to a brand new audience. It's not like they had to be dusted off. We changed tempos mostly and some of the arrangements, but we didn't want to do anything too drastic. We wanted to keep most of the songs true to the originals, but with a more powerful sound that we feel makes them all they can be. "

Nonstop Track List:

Sick Of It All: : Announce West Coast Mini-Tour; Featured In UFC Undisputed 2010 Video Game Trailer

It's clobberin' time as the legendary NYC hardcore pioneers, SICK OF IT ALL, have returned with an absolutely crushing new full-length album that is going to once again redefine the genre they helped create. The vicious new offering, Based On A True Story, is now available everywhere. The band are extremely excited to announce their first West Coast shows in years, which will be taking place this summer with Alpha and Omega, 50 Lions and Trash Talk in the supporting slots. Head over now to The Sick Of It All MySpacein order to stream new tracks and to view their complete touring itinerary.

SICK OF IT ALL also brings the pain as their latest single "Death or Jail" soundtracks the hard hitting fisticuffs of UFC Undisputed 2010. Check out the trailer below:

Lou (vocals) states: "We are very excited to get back on the road. Especially to be getting back to the West Coast. It's been too long. We have a lot of friends and fans that have been waiting patiently for us to come back. Well that was until the new album came out. Then the e-mails and messages were more like 'you can't make an album like this and not come out here to play them live' and we totally agree. We can't wait to get out there and sweat it out with everyone. The new set we've put together has a great flow. Hits you hard and keeps going and will have you singing along from start to finish. It's a great mix of old and new songs so start brushing up on those lyrics. I don't think anyone will be disappointed. See you in the pit."

Armand (drums) further comments: "We just announced a West Coast tour and are psyched to be coming out again to play some of our favorite cities in America - places that have never lost their passion for hardcore and have kept it alive and kicking. Places like Seattle, San Francisco, LA, Santa Barbara, San Diego, as well as new budding scenes like in Victorville. With the awesome support package of Alpha and Omega, 50 Lions and Trash Talk, these shows promise to be something really special. We'll be mixing it up, playing songs from every stage of our career and showcasing some brand new songs from "Based on a True Story," our new release which we're all very proud of. It's been too long since we've been out west, and hopefully we can make this a more common occurrence."

After two decades of excellence, SICK OF IT ALL continue firing on all cylinders. The band's real life dogma and hunger for excellence as a hardcore band have truly been ideals that fans from all corners of the globe passionately admire and identify with. SICK OF IT ALL have made their mark as one of the cornerstones of NYHC, proving that heart, hard work and dedication to hardcore is about more than just the music and an image, it's a way of life.
